- Dedicated to training young singers of ability, free of charge.
- Auditions all intending members.
- Provides free vocal tuition when required.
- Offers scholarships to young male singers.

- Sing to over 3000 patrons in Perth Concert Hall each year.
- Have toured Germany, by invitation on three occasions, to acclaim.
- Have sung over 1500 short works and several major compositions.
- Have visited various country locations in Western Australia.
- Sang in 'The Battle of the Choirs' on TV.
- Longest continuously operating youth chamber choir in WA.
- A choir to sing and dance their way through an entire programme.
- Have never received any grants or funding. Completely self-sufficient.
- Have produced a book on the history of the choir.
- Most experienced choral conductor in Australia.
